Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student enrollments, build brand awareness, and execute innovative marketing strategies for our coaching programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the education sector and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Student Outreach:
o Identify and engage potential students and parents through field visits, school tie-ups, and counseling sessions.

o Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions to attract students.

Digital & Offline Marketing:
o Promote GURCHARANAM through pamphlets, posters, banners, and advertisements in schools, tuition centers, and public places.

Collaboration & Partnerships:
o Develop partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and student communities to generate leads.

o Coordinate with franchise partners and local businesses for promotional activities.

Admissions & Counseling:
o Guide students and parents about courses, fee structures, scholarships, and benefits of enrolling in GURCHARANAM.

o Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Stay updated with competitor strategies, pricing, and offerings to develop competitive marketing approaches.

o Provide insights to improve branding and promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bahelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

1-3 years of experience in education marketing, admissions counseling, or a similar role.

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, travel for fieldwork, and meet admission targets.
