Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on mail/WhatsApp/phone
• Responding to inquiries generated online and offline and interacting with potential customers.
• Following up regularly with inquiries and leads.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)
• Digital Marketing Work, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMO, Data Analysis etc.
• Must have prior experience of IndiaMart, TradeIndia and other B2B market places.
• Finding dealers on B2B Portals, Indiamart, Justdial, Google, Internet and calling them for business.
• Experience on Tender on Gem portal would be a plus point.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
