Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit hospitals and clinics within Chennai, meet with doctors, and build relationships to encourage them to refer patients to YOGIS AYURVEDA CLINICS AND WELLNESS CENTRE. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Doctor Engagement: Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to meet with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers.
• Patient Referral Development: Build and maintain relationships with doctors to encourage them to refer patients to YOGIS AYURVEAD for various therapies and PANCHKARMA services.
• Presentations and Meetings: Present YOGIS AYURVEDA 's services, treatment plans, and benefits to doctors, highlighting the quality of care and outcomes for patients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the field of healthcare.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on doctor meetings, feedback received, and the status of referral development to the management team.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral targets as set by the management.
• Educational Support: Arrange and conduct educational sessions, workshops, or presentations to further inform doctors about the advantages of referring patients to YOGIS AYURVEDA.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, visits, and follow-ups with healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to medical professionals.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, and patient care practices.
• Travel: Willingness to travel.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
