Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies:Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize market insights to tailor sales and marketing approaches and identify new business opportunities. Generate Leads and Drive Sales:Proactively identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and meet sales quotas. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Develop Marketing Collateral and Campaigns:Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Sales Reporting and Analysis:Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales reports.
Assess key metrics, such as conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition costs. Job Types: Full-time, Internship Salary: 930,000.00 - 932,000.00 per month Day range:
