Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: ? ? ? ? Proactively identify, generate, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Develop and implement target-driven sales strategies to expand the company's client base. Leverage industry contacts and networking to increase sales revenue. Work on both B2B and B2C sales in the modular and wooden furniture sector.
Client Relationship Management: ? ? ? ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Follow up with potential clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase company offerings.
Marketing & Promotional Activities: ? ? ? Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CMA Modular Systems Pvt Ltd's products. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor analysis. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand presence. ? Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure proper product positioning.
Sales Target Achievement & Reporting: ? ? ? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance. Work closely with the management team to develop new sales initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture industry. Strong knowledge of modular furniture, wooden furniture, and industry trends. Excellent lead generation and client acquisition skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Comfortable with travel and client visits as per business requirements.
