Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for representing, promoting, and selling our products by visiting various stores and businesses. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, focusing on expanding our B2B and B2C networks, boosting brand awareness, and driving product sales. Key Responsibilities:
? Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and pitch our products to retail stores and businesses.
? Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and anticipate market trends.
? B2B and B2C Sales: Develop and implement strategies to boost both Business-to
Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales. ? Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility and recognition through in-store promotions, events, and displays.
? Product Sales: Actively engage with store owners and managers to promote and sell products, ensuring they understand the benefits and value propositions.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.
? Store Visits: Travel to different retail outlets to represent the company, demonstrate products, and execute sales pitches.
? Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives.
? Feedback and Reporting: Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve strategies and report regularly on sales performance and market conditions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
? Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
? Strong knowledge of market analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities and threats.
? Client acquisition skills, with a focus on expanding customer bases and entering new markets.
? Expertise in brand promotion and driving product sales. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to travel to different locations and stores to represent and promote products.
? Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
? Prior experience in a similar role within a product-driven company.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
