Sales growth of designated products and / or areas
Managing retail network (dealers, distributors, trade agents, etc.) across designated areas
Regular visits to dealers / distributors, shops, tradesmen, etc.
Maintaining customer satisfaction index
Gathering market feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain sales to dispatch tracking
Reporting to and aligning with department and company management
Skills:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in selling premium products in a commodity market.
S/he will have a knack for engaging with trade people to identify pain points and establish personal relationships.
S/he will have the ability to gather market intelligence through visits to shops, dealers, tradesmen and others
S/he will have a passion for engaging with customers on various topics and will be comfortable traveling to manage the trade network.
S/he must be easy for people to connect to and should be the first choice for people to call in case of any problems, even if they are not related to the product they are selling.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience
Experience in traveling for sales
Experience in Indian water tank companies such as Sintex, Vectus, Ashirvad will be an added advantage
Experience in field sales of consumer durables will be preferred
Qualifications:
MBA Sales and Marketing
Engineering or technical / polymer / plastics background will be an added advantage
