Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries received via calls, emails, and other communication channels. Convert leads into sales by effectively closing deals. Take and manage incoming calls from prospective clients, providing detailed product/service information and addressing inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue generation. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop outreach strategies. Conduct presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on lead conversion and revenue generation. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and closing sales. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques. Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management software. Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Candidates should be based in or around Delhi.
