Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our IT hardware and services sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to businesses and building strong B2B relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients within the B2B market
• Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations
• Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored solutions using our IT hardware and services offerings
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within your assigned territory
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Provide feedback to the product and service teams to improve offerings
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory as needed

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
