Shri Krishna Agencies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to the sales and marketing efforts of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing emails, assisting with cold calling, and performing various tasks to drive sales and customer engagement. Interns or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cold calling potential clients to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the sales team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking sales leads.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials (email campaigns, brochures, etc.).
• Help maintain customer databases and track interactions for follow-up opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and assist with the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns .
• Assist in organizing and attending events or meetings with clients, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A keen interest in sales, marketing, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
