Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales in the real estate industry. The role requires implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Duties:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Negotiate and close property sales or leases.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with real estate laws.
2. Marketing Duties:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties.
Create and manage online listings on real estate platforms and social media.
Design promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with advertising agencies, photographers, and designers for property branding.
3. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales.
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports.
Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of the local property market.
Valid real estate license (if required in the region).
Preferred Qualifications:
12th's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
