We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will involve a combination of sales, market research, digital marketing, and customer relationship management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, and convert leads into customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Brand Promotion: Support efforts to enhance the company's brand presence across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, SEO, email campaigns) and analytics.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools.
