SALES& MARKETING JD:-
Candidate must have Good experience and knowledge in freight forwarding and custom clearance &
should possess good communication skill & adequate knowledge of both Import & Export trade lanes,
experience in business promotion with existing, developing new client /overseas agents and would be
responsible to process new sales lead.
Candidate must have strong negotiation and presentation skills with client focused approach.
Identify and target potential customers for freight forwarding services, including sea, air, and land
transport solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and
long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfilment
of client requirements.
Provide pricing, quotations, and customized solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, regularly engaging with them to identify additional sales
opportunities and ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to effectively position the company's
services in the market.
Achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and report progress to senior management.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence and
