We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. we are not looking for a person who only knows how to make calls and don't anything about sales conversion.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING FOR THIS JOB

• You must be a graduate of a reputed institution.
• Language proficiency : You have a high command of English and Hindi language.
• Spontaneous answer to our customer who is asking for details and you must be a problem solver so you can able to covert the potential customer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information to our clients.
• Record Keeping : Accurately enter and update client information, property details, and transaction records.
• Handling the CRM: Lead Capture : Capture leads from various sources, including website forms, social media, and events.
• Follow-Up : Schedule and perform follow-up communications with clients via email, phone, or SMS.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients and promote properties.Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and traditional advertising methods. Organize and participate in real estate events, open houses, and networking opportunities.

Percentage-Based Commission :

• Typically, real estate commissions are calculated as a percentage of the property's final sale price. This percentage can vary based on the market, type of property, and the agreement between the agent and their broker.
• You will earn more than your salary, if you are great at conversion.
