Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales And Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and enter new markets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
