We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and segments for our aluminum formwork products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably in aluminum formwork systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or additional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant applications.
