Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Company: The Elegance Decor : The Elegance Decor is a premier event management and decor company dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our clients. We are seeking a talented and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our brand, attract clients, and maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Social Media Management:

• Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, across various platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase online visibility.
• Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.

Advertising and Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract potential clients.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize lead generation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce marketing collateral.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the brand identity of The Elegance Decor.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the events industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and digital advertising.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
