Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our structure repair and waterproofing solutions to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or waterproofing industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be willing to travel within the region as required.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
