Roles & Responsibilities: Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our brand products and maximize sales through strategies & tactics across social media, digital and creative design functions. Build CRM and email database campaigns. Managing aggregator sales and analyzing trends through reports & related data. Manage outside agencies/teams to direct support for Social Media, PR & Ads. Create and manage online (Google & Facebook) targeted ads to reach our desired consumer audiences and drive high conversion rates. Brainstorm and plan events calendars, including coordination with internal teams and vendors to execute them end-to-end. Analyze and manage margins for our extensive range of over 500+ SKUs through the food cost sheet. Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and loss accounts to forecast and shape company strategies. Leverage product and customer data to generate informed profit projections, enabling data-driven decision-making. Responsible for developing and managing revenue and analysis reports, utilizing proven software tools. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and leading industry partners, fostering collaborations and unlocking new opportunities for growth. Raising brand awareness and recall across multiple channels, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for our target audience by planning and executing content strategy. Requirements:
