In this dynamic role, you'll play a strategic leadership role, overseeing both sales and marketing efforts to drive growth within our Agency Channel.
You'll leverage your expertise in both disciplines to develop and execute comprehensive plans, cultivate strong relationships with agency partners, and empower them to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Agency Channel, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and leading your team to exceed them.
• Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a targeted marketing strategy for the Agency Channel, identifying and attracting top talent through effective communication and lead generation initiatives.
• Agency Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative partnership that benefits all parties.
• Coaching and Development: Coach and mentor your sales team, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to help them develop their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials specifically tailored to the needs of insurance agents and their clients within the Agency Channel.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
