: - To create robust strategies for planning and managing the growth of products across different portfolios with regard to their crop-wise usage and sales - Take complete ownership of the assigned product category and leverage key skills to utilize the extensive rural channels to promote the products within India - Lay out the strategy for product (Asset) and portfolio (crop) wise sales - Create annual budgets for the function and ensure adherence to the same - Lead the plan for all product wise sales of Assets in conjunction with the Branding and Advertising team and the Sales team - Create customer value propositions according to market segments & present to leadership team - Manage Marketing Budget for the Asset and Crop portfolio - Liaison with Branding and Advertising Head to give an understanding on which products to emphasize on more than others & how and crop Profile: - 4 to 8 years of experience in managing the marketing of FMCG product categories in rural India - Should have exposure of utilizing rural marketing in consumer space - Should have exposure of the entire gamut of activities within product management- STP, market research, budgeting, sales planning, competitor analysis and 4Ps - Understanding of agricultural products and markets is an added advantage - Should have great communication skills with zeal for a fast-tracked career growth - Good leadership skills and should be able to hire, engage and retain talent within his team - Should be open to extensive traveling- even to agricultural/rural centres
