Job Description

• Managing operations: Overseeing the factory's operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and shipping and receiving
• Setting goals: Setting goals for safety, customer experience, and productivity
• Improving efficiency: Monitoring operational efficiency and implementing improvements
• Managing budgets: Developing and managing profits, plans, and budgets
• Motivating employees: Implementing practices to motivate employees and produce high-quality products
• Ensuring quality: Ensuring quality products and working with the Quality Assurance department
• Coordinating with other departments: Coordinating with marketing, merchandising, and other departments
• Managing assets: Managing the factory's assets, including people, plant, and machinery
• Evaluating talent: Evaluating and assessing talent, identifying training needs, and facilitating growth and development

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?99,000.00 per month
