Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Manager for the park will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing and sales strategies to drive visitation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role involves working closely with the park management team to develop initiatives that engage current customers while attracting new ones.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase park attendance, membership sales, group bookings, and event hosting.
• Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate sales.
• Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to promote group visits and corporate events.
• Monitor and report on sales targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
• Plan and oversee seasonal promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and special events to attract diverse customer segments.
