Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
? Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
? Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
? Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
? Support the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
? Expand a portfolio of corporate clients through networking and marketing.
? Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and
service packages.
? Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination
packages to clients.
? Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients.
? Provide technical advice after sales.
? Establish and implement goals to meet targets.
? Track progress towards goals and document sales performance.
? Become fluent in all products and services offered by the employer.
? Stay updated on IT industry trends and innovative products.
? Create marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and
time-sensitive sales.
? Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products
and sales.
? Content Creation , Writing blog posts, creating social media content, and developing
other digital materials.
? SEO assisting in optimizing content to rank higher in search engine results.
? Social Media Management Managing the company's social media profiles, posting
updates, and engaging with followers.
? Email Marketing Helping to create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and
other email communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
? Good understanding of IT and software development.
? Experience with sales and marketing.
? Proficiency in written and verbal communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and
meeting goals.
? Ability to work under pressure with high energy levels, motivation, and ambition.
? Attention to detail and technical skill.
Preferred Skills:
? Familiarity with CRM software.
? Proficiency in MS Office.
? Previous experience in IT sales or a related field.
? High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude.
