1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online networking platforms, social media, and industry forums.

2. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop targeted business development strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

4. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.

5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.

9. Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

10. Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and online conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.

Ideal Profile

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry.

3. Strong understanding of Software Sales.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

5. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

6. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing, email, and collaborative software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
