We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth and expand our market presence.

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contracts.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support product development.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes:
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
