Digital Sales Executive is an important position responsible for finding new leads, presenting services that meet customer's goals, and turning leads into sustainable long-term customers. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering and managing lead generation and sales growth of digital marketing and digital transformation services including content creation, branding, and digital advertising. This role is extremely important for ensuring customer satisfaction and for our organization's success.
Your responsibilities
You will play an essential role in:
Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling/emailing/presentations.
Providing customers with information about products and services.
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
