Job Description


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and manage the sales and marketing teams and drive revenue growth for company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services in multiple geographies. You will play a critical role in developing and executing company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and marketing strategies for each product and service with the effective and optimal utilization of resources. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for multiple verticals and products aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends assessment to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Set clear targets, goals, KPIs, and quotas for the sales and marketing teams and continuously monitor progress.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Train, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales teams, nurturing a culture of excellence, innovation, creativity, and accountability.
  • Provide visionary leadership, set direction, and empower the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Set and manage the daily, weekly and monthly targets and make sure that team understand them.
  • Continuous monitoring of the activities, performance, provide constructive feedback and ensure the productivity and effective utilization of resources.
Marketing:
  • Direct and manage marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Cost benefit analysis of the marketing campaigns, develop and execute the effective campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition in line with the budget limits.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing messages with sales goals and strategies.
  • Monitor expenses, ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize budget efficiency.
Partnership Management:
  • Build and maintain strategic partners for multiple products of the company in various geographies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and collaborations to expand the client base.
  • Personally engage in high-level negotiations and close significant deals and contracts.
Sales Operations and Efficiency:
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of sales documentation and contract management.
Sales Performance Analysis and Improvement:
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive innovation in sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular, insightful sales reports and updates to the executive team.
Qualifications:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A proven, consistent track record of success in software sales and marketing leadership roles, with
8+ years of progressive experience in international business development.
  • Experience in SAAS Products, ERPs, Payments and eCommerce is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, team management, and the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Ready to travel as and when required.
Location:
Kochi/Bangalore Ready to join in 15 days or 30 days Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,500,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
