With the latest amenities and world-class services, client ensures that every resident has everything they need within a stretch of their arm.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Bangalore.- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.- To handhold, the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.SKILL SETS :- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.- Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.- Self-motivated and result-oriented, can work independently.- Good interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
