About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team at Go Green Home. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven, verified track record of success in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy industry.
• Proven, verified track record of success in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas energy companies.

Compensation:
