Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Executive , you will be pivotal in driving Arteva Group's growth and visibility. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Execution:

o Identify and approach prospective clients within government and private sectors.

o Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure business opportunities.

o Conduct market research to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.

2. Marketing Strategies:

o Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote Arteva's services and products.

o Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance brand presence and reach targeted audiences.

o Organize promotional events and participate in exhibitions to showcase Arteva Group's capabilities.

3. Client Management:

o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

o Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management regarding sales and marketing performance.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies.

o Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market reach, and campaign effectiveness.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with project management and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction.

o Provide insights into client expectations and support the development of customized solutions.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B or government sector.
• Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to create and execute result-oriented marketing strategies.
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Other Requirements:

• Availability for day, morning, rotational shifts, and weekend work if required.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from ?12,000 to ?20,000 per month.
