Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management :

• Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Project Coordination :

• Help coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Assist in tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

Communication :

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients/company.
• Help manage day-to-day communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.

Account Growth :

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
• Support efforts to expand relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis :

• Assist in preparing regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
• Help analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for client accounts.

Client Onboarding :

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services.

Problem Solving :

• Help address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner.
• Exeperience : 1 -2 years
• Location : On-site.
• Compensation : To be discussed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
