: The Solar Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the sales and marketing initiatives of the company's solar energy products and services. This role combines a passion for renewable energy with the ability to effectively communicate, market, and sell solar solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation activities.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Marketing Initiatives:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after installation.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Use data and insights to adjust sales and marketing strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar energy products, systems, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
