Position: Sales Intern Why work for Cresa ? Cresa GreenTech is a startup (incubated at COEP\xe2\x80\x99s Bhau Institute and Co incubated at MIT Pune TBI) Working on environmental pollution caused by single use plastic used in disposable Sanitary napkins. We are developing sustainable ecofriendly product which will leave zero waste after its use. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive Sales Interns to provide to help achieve our goals. Working with Cresa\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to reduce environmental pollution caused by current plastic product and bring awareness. This position will give your hands on experience in startup environment. What you will get? This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing all assigned tasks, while maintaining open communication with the founder and the company executives / managers. We are looking to hire a competitive and trustworthy Business Development executive to join our team and help us build up our business activities. Position is open for immediate hire. Responsibilities: Increase CRESA Products Sales through all available channels and networks. Tie up with Colleges to promote Cresa Products Tie up with Corporates to Promote Cresa Products Tie up with Retail Stores to promote Cresa Products. Researching and analyzing sales options for Cresa. To be able to articulate the value of Cresa Brand & its benefits to customers and recommend solutions. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Understand the needs of your business customers and network. Record sales and order information and sending copies to the reporting manager, or entering figures into a computer system Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations or conferences You will need to have: the ability and desire to sell a positive, confident, and determined approach resilience and the ability to cope with rejection a high degree of self-motivation and ambition negotiation and Prospecting Skills the skills to work both independently and as part of a team excellent communication and persuasion skills Client Relationships Qualification: BBA / MBA in sales or equivalent work experience in sales. Part-time hours: 40 per week Pay: 22,000.00 - 28,000.00 per month Day range:
