We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Pithampur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge in aluminium extrusion, specifically in a B2B sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the aluminium extrusion market.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including construction, automotive, and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aluminium extrusion sales, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of the aluminium extrusion process and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on aluminium extrusion.
