Overview: Hamara Bime Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing or related fields. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and strong organizational skills to support our sales and marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
• Marketing Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses and resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (could be through internships or previous roles) in sales support, marketing coordination, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services sector is a plus.
