Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales growth, contributing directly to the company's success in the competitive packaging market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote packaging products and services while achieving revenue targets.
2. Identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs, using findings to guide marketing and sales efforts.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives.
5. Manage the creation of compelling marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
6. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to generate leads and drive conversions.
7. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
9. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and expand the customer base.
10. Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.
Qualifications:
1. MBA in Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales within the packaging industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to achieve business growth.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales management software.
6. Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
