1. Back Office Support Responsibilities ( weightage 80 % )
? Order Processing: Manage Purchase Orders (POs), including system code entries and
order acknowledgments.
? Customer Follow-Up: Regular follow-up on POs, payment schedules, and customer
inquiries.
? Project Status Updates: Provide customers with regular updates on project progress.
? Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
? Issue Escalation: Proactively alert management to any project delays or issues.
? Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, tracking budgeted targets versus
actual performance.
2. Direct Sales and Customer Engagement Responsibilities ( weightage 20 % )
? Inquiry Generation: Actively generate new business inquiries to expand the customer base.
? Customer Relationship Management: Conduct proactive calls and maintain strong customer relationships.
? Sales Analysis: Track sales performance against targets, identifying gaps and growth opportunities.
? Follow-Up for Project Completion: Ensure timely completion of project commitments to customers.
Qualifications and Skills Required
? Any graduate with sales background (except BA )
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Ability to manage customer follow-up and internal coordination.
? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
