• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with education sectors and other relevant stakeholders to drive student admissions. This involves frequent field visits and networking to understand their needs and effectively promote our educational offerings.
• Admissions Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase student admissions through targeted outreach activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align admissions efforts with overall marketing objectives and leverage synergies for maximum impact.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to high schools, colleges and common gatherings to promote our educational programs and engage with potential students. Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, career opportunities, and benefits of pursuing education in the education sector.
• Outbound Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute outbound sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads and convert them into admissions. This may include organizing seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other events to showcase our educational programs and attract prospective students.
• Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the admissions process. Build rapport with students and their families to address any concerns or questions they may have and facilitate a smooth transition into the program.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to our education sector. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding our student base and adjust admissions strategies accordingly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student admissions, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers. Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of admissions initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, academic, and administrative departments, to ensure seamless coordination of activities related to student recruitment and admissions. Share insights and feedback from the field to inform decision-making and improve overall operational efficiency.
Required Functional Knowledge:
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the institution's value proposition effectively.
• Sales Focus: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
• Networking Skills: Ability to build and leverage a professional network to generate leads and opportunities for the institution.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
