Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building brand awareness, and executing marketing strategies for our modular furniture products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for furniture design, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Development :
• Identify and target potential clients, including both B2B (businesses, interior designers, contractors) and B2C (individual consumers).
• Promote and sell our modular furniture products, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Marketing Strategy :
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and offline promotions.
• Work with the design team to create promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, and product videos.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
• Manage the company's online presence, ensuring up-to-date product listings, engaging social media posts, and regular blog/content updates.
• Customer Support and Feedback :
• Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding products or services.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and enhance the customer experience.
• Reporting :
• Track and report sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to senior management.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and market performance reports.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the furniture, home decor, or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working in a modular furniture manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in furniture design and production.
