: Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview: Ornezo Creative Fashion Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of premium ethnic wear, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing customer relationships, and driving sales for our diverse range of sarees, kurtis, dupattas, and dress materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify and engage with potential wholesale clients and retailers to promote our products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competition.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Product Promotion:
• Showcase our products to clients through presentations, catalog distribution, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the design and production team to align product offerings with market demands.
• Event Participation:
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our product line.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms and e-commerce portals.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements to drive customer engagement.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and feedback to management for product and market development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in ethnic wear.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
