To propel this groundbreaking initiative, we're seeking exceptional Marketing Executives with a passion for B2B and corporate strategy.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
• Brand Awareness and Lead Generation: Increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the Osaka Connect travel hypermarket within your designated target audience (B2B or Corporate).
• Campaign Performance and ROI: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver strong results, exceeding set KPIs for lead generation, website traffic, and brand engagement.
• Market Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure marketing strategies are aligned with current market dynamics.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams (sales, product) to ensure seamless marketing alignment and campaign execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Increase in website traffic from your designated audience segment (B2B or Corporate).
• Growth in qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Improved brand awareness metrics (e.g., social media engagement, brand mentions).
• Return on Investment (ROI) achieved for marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to your designated audience (B2B or Corporate) for the travel hypermarket launch.
• Craft compelling content (website copy, blog posts, social media content) that captures attention, generates leads, and drives sales.
• Manage and leverage various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing) to achieve campaign goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Leverage data and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
• For the Virtual Office focused role, additionally develop and execute marketing strategies to promote this service, highlighting its benefits for businesses of all sizes.
The ideal candidate possesses:
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B or corporate marketing (depending on the position).
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with quantifiable results.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for the travel industry and a drive to push boundaries with innovative ideas.
Two wheeler license and two wheeler mandatory.
