• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase room bookings, event sales, and dining reservations.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators.
• Manage online and offline promotional activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and local advertising.
• Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Monitor market trends, gather guest feedback, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with the front office and F&B teams to optimize guest experience and maximize sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in online booking platforms.
