Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Sales & Marketing Department. \xc2\xb7 Check all inquiries of incoming Emails, Whatsapp, Phone calls, etc. \xc2\xb7 Find inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring timely delivery of quality goods. According to specification by co-coordinating with the production and dispatch department. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality services & proper collection of feedback. \xc2\xb7 Coordination with the dispatch department. \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research. \xc2\xb7 Traveling in case of product presentations or client meetings. \xc2\xb7 Understanding & Negotiating based on regulatory requirements for the product, packaging requirement, and additional costing. Example \xe2\x80\x93 freight. \xc2\xb7 Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals. \xc2\xb7 Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the markets. \xc2\xb7 Developing new business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Implementing new sales plans. \xc2\xb7 Coming up with branding techniques and budget. \xc2\xb7 Collecting customer feedback & work on solution findings, conflict resolution, etc. \xc2\xb7 Providing a timeline for sales and marketing. \xc2\xb7 Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the customers to maintain and grow business relationship. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role \xc2\xb7 Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English, Hindi and/or any other language. \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques. \xc2\xb7 Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. \xc2\xb7 Skilled in delivering attractive presentations. Skills \xc2\xb7 PowerPoint \xc2\xb7 MS-Office \xc2\xb7 E-mail writing, letter writing.
