Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including dealers, distributors, and OEM partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback on market needs and product demands to the R&D and production teams.
Promotional Activities:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product demos and trade shows.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and online content.
Client Interaction:
Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and order statuses.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
Knowledge of commercial refrigeration products and industry trends is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Self-motivated, with a focus on results and achieving targets.

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
