Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing Bhoomi-Veda products, expanding our reach in the physical market, and building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Your key role will involve generating and managing orders and ensuring timely distribution of products based on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

- Identify and establish relationships with retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors.

- Build a network of distributors to ensure wide product availability.

2. Sales Generation:

- Promote Bhoomi-Veda products in the physical market and secure bulk orders.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.

3. Order Management:

- Collect and process orders from retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

- Coordinate with the logistics team for seamless product distribution.

4. Market Research:

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and market activity.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech tools for reporting and tracking.

- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
