Job Description

1. Working on projects focused on optimizing company revenue and customer outreach. You often compile reports from statistical and financial data sources, and you may be called upon to create social media content on behalf of the company or client

1.1 To prepare the lost customer base of 18 months and above and convert the lost customers into prospective ROs by resolving the complaints and other grievances of the vehicle and service provided.

1.2 Ensure to provide Mini Service to the repairs and complaints proposed by the customer and resolve the same on the spot ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

1.3 To achieve productivity and utmost utilization of the manpower and tools and focus towards customer satisfaction for retaining and expanding the customer database.

1.4 To conduct weekly Hyundai Always Around (HAA) program and half-yearly Mega Hyundai Always Around (HAA) as per HMIL norms in prescribed locations.

1.5 To conduct FCCC (Free Car Care Clinic) every 6 months in coordination with Parts and GRG MOBIS Team.

1.6 Provide the Customer Data Sheet to Executive Service Marketing (CRE) for recording in the system and ensure submission of the same to Senior Management periodically.

1.7 To be responsible for directing the service appointments generated through Service Marketing Activities to the Service Advisors.

1.8 Facilitate the notices, banners and other properties required for the activity and coordinate with Purchase Team for the arrangements.

1.9 Record the customer details in Customer Data Sheet with detailed recording of vehicle details, last service details, complaints and past grievances of the customer with the service provided or any other reason for no show to the company.

1.10 Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all levels of the PDI process and assist customers without deviating from the protocols of SOP.

1.11 Ensure the issue of S+ coupon (free service) to the Used Car Dealers for providing to the customers purchasing the used cars.

1.12 Attend breakdown services in case of emergency and report the same to Senior Manager Service.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
