Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in a third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry with proven expertise in handling international clients and driving export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to attract and manage export clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities in international markets and expand the client base.
• Manage the entire export sales cycle, from client acquisition and contract negotiation to order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing to meet the needs of export clients.
• Stay informed on global market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with export standards.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights for management.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns targeted at the export market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling export clients.
• Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
