Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Representative in real estate will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing marketing campaigns, and promoting properties to potential buyers or tenants. The role requires a combination of sales skills, marketing expertise, and market knowledge to help the company achieve its goals and attract clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Generate and manage leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking events, cold calling, etc.).
• Qualify leads and convert them into customers by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate property options.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate terms and prices, and close sales transactions.
• Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or rent.
• Create and manage online listings, including website, social media, and property portals.
• Design and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
• Organize property events (open houses, virtual tours) and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals (e.g., mortgage brokers, contractors).
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer advice on property investment, market conditions, and pricing.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Stay up-to-date on property laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide clients with accurate information.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas for growth and market expansion.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though not always required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing software, CRM tools, social media platforms, and property listing websites.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-Centric: A strong focus on providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with a mix of office and field work.
• Flexibility in working hours, especially evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate clients.
• Competitive salary with commission-based incentives based on sales performance.

Pay: ?35,600.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
