The Sales and Marketing Executive in real estate is responsible for developing strategies to increase property sales and building brand awareness. Key duties include researching the market, identifying potential clients, networking with industry professionals, managing property listings, and coordinating marketing campaigns. They will guide potential buyers through the sales process, showcase properties, negotiate deals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will analyze market trends, oversee digital marketing efforts, and create compelling content to attract leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing, events, and client referrals.
2. Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor strategies.
3. Develop marketing materials and manage online property listings.
4. Assist clients with property tours and negotiate terms.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
6. Collaborate with internal teams for effective campaign management.
Qualifications:
12th's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
